    Care 
    Machine wash cold with like colours, using a gentle cycle in a garment bag to help protect the surface.
    Avoid fabric softener, as it can break down the spandex over time and reduce stretch recovery.
    Tumble dry low or line dry. Avoid high heat, which can weaken the spandex fibres.
    Cool iron if needed.
    For stains, treat promptly and do not use bleach.
