Fulfilment & Warehouse Coordinator

The Fulfilment & Warehouse Coordinator owns how Olga Joan’s stock moves, from the moment it arrives to the moment an order goes out the door. It’s a hands-on, autonomous role, with support from casual fulfilment team members when volume calls for it, and real room to grow as the business does.

Social Media Coordinator
Part-time (2–3 days/week) · Newcastle, NSW · Hybrid · Immediate Start
The Social Media Coordinator owns Olga Joan’s day-to-day presence across social platforms. Building out content, managing the posting schedule, and engaging with our community in a voice that feels true to the brand. This is a newly established role reporting to our Marketing & Ecommerce Manager, and sits at the centre of how customers experience Olga Joan outside of the product itself.
Studio Intern
Casual (2-3 days/week) · Newcastle, NSW · On-site · Immediate Start
We're looking for a hands-on, committed, detail-oriented intern to join the Olga Joan studio. Fair warning: this role is less mood boards and more making sure everything is in its place. If you love order, care about the product, and want to see how an apparel studio runs, it's a great place to start.
